BismillahirRahmanirRahim.   Dear Parents / Guardians of After School Tahfiz students,

Assalamua’alaikum Wr. Wb.  

Alhamdulillah. Was Solatu Was Salamu ‘ala Rasulillah. Amma Ba’du.

First and Foremost, let us praise Allah s.w.t. for the blessings of Hidayah (guidance), Imaan (faith) and for blessing us all with Islam as our religion. May Allah s.w.t. continue to shower us with His blessings ameen.

InsyaAllah, on Tuesday, 2nd of January 2024, After School Tahfiz at Aspire Institute shall commence our academic year for the year of 2024. Our children are our future and as much as we are excited to begin/continue working with you to enrich and nurture our children with the knowledge of Islaam, Al-Quran and Sunnah let’s look at some of the things we need to observe so that we can begin our journey with a good start.   Please watch the orientation video below in one of the links and download all the documents below. To do that, just mouse over the link and click on it.   These are the actions required by you:  

  1. Watch the Aspire Institute Orientation Video. It is compulsory for ALL parents to watch the video as there are updated policies that parents must take note of.
  2. Download all the documents given in the link below.
  3. Parents will have to fill up the GIRO form and submit it to our Head of Campus (HOC) physically on the first day of school. Only wet ink signature is accepted by the bank, no electronic signature.
  4. All parents are to submit the Students Particulars Form to the Head of Campus (HOC) or the Administrator on the first day of school. Submission can be done via Whatsapp or by hand.
  5. Do take note of our campus closure dates.
  6. You must save your child’s campus contact number in your phone in order to receive regular update via Whatsapp broadcast message.
