BismillahirRahmanirRahim.

Assalamu’alaikum Wr. Wb.

As of today you’ve learned 10 words from the Quran. Collectively these words are being used for 821 times in the Quran! MasyaAllah! Let’s continue reading!

Today’s HFW of The Quran is my favorite word!

I fell in love with it since I was 17, 1st Year of Pre-U.

It helps put things in HARMONY!

If we get to apply it every Monday, every day of the week shall be in HARMONY! It’s what I discussed every in QURAN MASTERCLASS Tafsir Al-Quran sessions. I will continue to talk about it in every session.

Today’s word is  (حَكِيْم) it is an adjective to describe a WISE person / full of WISDOM, and with this wisdom is able to put things in its rightful place. With prefix (ال) , al-hakeem which means the wise one, is one of the name of Allah s.w.t.”!

In Surah Al-Baqarah, Verse 32 (2:32), Allah says:

“And the angels said “Glory be to you, We have no knowledge, except what you taught us, indeed you are All-Knowing, All-Wise

2_32

Not all who has knowledge has Wisdom, but all who has wisdom has knowledge! Those who judge others may have knowledge of what’s right and what’s wrong, but those who judge themselves definitely have WISDOM. With wisdom we put ourselves and others, in proper and rightful place, when everything is in its rightful place, there’s no room for chaos, and that will allow us to experience living in a world where nothing ever goes wrong! A blessing for those who experience living with Allah and His Words!

You may want to ask where does wisdom come from? How can we acquire it? To my knowledge and experience, wisdom or hikmah only comes from Allah s.w.t. but we have to show that we are deserving of it. We cannot just expect Allah s.w.t. to just give us wisdom without us showing that we deserve it. Wisdom comes from years and years of applying the knowledge learned and experiencing the knowledge and the consequences. With that said the main activity of gaining wisdom is to listen and observe more than reacting. The best way to do this is to have mentor and to model after him. By modelling, following after a mentor, we will learn what works and what doesn’t, where is the rightful place to put things and where is the wrong place to put them.

The effect of attaining wisdom is harmony. When things in our life are all placed in its proper place we they will function properly, and when everything functions properly our life will be in harmony. So if your life is in chaos try to start placing things in it’s proper place, one thing at a time. InsyaAllah slowly harmony will introduce itself into your space.
